Summary of the Proposal
“ IT TAKES TWO”
WLP Productions with the support of the Fellowship of Australian Writers will seek out writers who are members of that association to write 10 minute duologue dramas about love and longing in screenplay format with a maximum of two characters and two locations for filming in 2010.
It is expected to make 12 x 10 minute episodes for Television for a total of two hours. Writers whose work is accepted by the Whitelight Team will be paid commercial rates for their script. Whitelight Productions will retain international copyright on the filmed product but the scriptwriter retains copyright over the script.
Budget
This proposal is principally to produce low budget film and television. However WLP has high production value goals and will be looking to raise as much funding as necessary to produce international standard product if possible.
We would be expecting to have budgets of around $10,000 to $15,000 per ten minute segment.
